High-insulation TUFFY adhesive is a specialised variant of the TUFFY adhesive range, developed to enhance electrical insulation properties whilst retaining the high toughness and impact resistance characteristic of the TUFFY family. It is designed to provide reliable structural bonding and stress absorption whilst simultaneously creating a high-impedance, breakdown-resistant electrical barrier to prevent electrical leakage and signal interference.
Its core characteristics lie in combining excellent toughness with extremely high insulation reliability. Not only does it possess the high peel strength and resistance to impact from drops inherent to the TUFFY series, but, more importantly, it boasts extremely high volume resistivity and dielectric strength, enabling it to maintain insulation stability over the long term in harsh environments such as those with high humidity and high temperatures. Furthermore, its low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss ensure minimal interference with high-frequency signal transmission, whilst it maintains strong adhesion to a wide range of substrates, making it resistant to delamination and failure.
