Single-component room-temperature curing adhesive

Single-component, room-temperature-curing silicone is an organic silicone material that requires no additional curing agent; it cures upon contact with air at room temperature by absorbing moisture from the atmosphere.

Product Description

Key Features

It combines excellent heat resistance and weather resistance with the flexibility and adhesion of organic materials; the curing process produces no by-products, shrinkage is extremely low, and the material takes on an elastomeric state after curing, enabling it to operate stably over the long term within a temperature range of –60 °C to 200 °C.

Typical Use Cases

✅ Electronics and Electrical Appliances Sector

Used to bond and secure electronic components on circuit boards, as well as to seal them against moisture; for example, to position capacitors, resistors and sensors, thereby preventing components from becoming dislodged due to vibration or short-circuiting due to moisture ingress;

✅ The automotive manufacturing sector

Used to seal car headlights, preventing rainwater and dust from entering the lamp housing;

Used to bond and secure automotive interior components and wiring harnesses, cushioning vibrations whilst the vehicle is in motion and reducing rattling noises.
