High-thermal-conductivity bonding adhesive for automotive power devices

Used for thermally conductive bonding and fixing between components and circuit boards in electronic control systems (MCU, BMS, VCU, etc.), OBC systems, charging points, power battery pack cells, DC/DC conversion systems, and other heat sinks and heat-generating components (ICs).

The design of new energy electric vehicles means that many components, such as batteries, electric motors, control systems and infotainment systems, require rigorous thermal management; heat must be dissipated promptly to prevent damage to these components. Thermal conductive adhesives, which are primarily composed of silicone rubber with the addition of thermally conductive materials and other polymers, possess excellent thermal conductivity and electrical insulation properties. They are widely used in the bonding and assembly of heat-generating components, ensuring the stable operation of electronic products—particularly those requiring high heat dissipation—during use;

The product offers superior electrical properties, resistance to ageing and thermal cycling, moisture resistance without swelling, shock resistance, vibration damping and stability, thereby enhancing the safety of electronic components during vehicle operation over bumpy roads; It possesses excellent bonding strength, with particularly good adhesion to electronic components, aluminium, PVC, PBT and other plastics. It cures rapidly, is easy to apply, and is non-toxic, emits no irritating gases, is solvent-free, non-corrosive, non-polluting, and is safer and more environmentally friendly.
