Three-proof Coating for Printed Circuit Boards

Three-proof coating for automotive electronic circuit boards

As vehicles operate in harsh environments, a layer of protective triple-proof coating is applied to the circuit boards to prevent damage from moisture and mould. Once fully cured, this forms a protective film that provides protection against moisture, water, corrosion and salt spray.

Features: Single-component; can be applied directly by spraying, brushing or dipping. Low odour and outstanding moisture resistance. Owing to the excellent dielectric properties of organosiloxanes, the coating exhibits high resistance to arcing, sparking and electrical breakdown, as well as good water resistance; the paint film retains its excellent electrical properties even in damp environments. It possesses the heat resistance of insulating varnish and superior low-temperature resistance compared to standard coatings. It exhibits good chemical resistance, strong resistance to oxidation, and excellent thermal stability and resistance to ageing.
