Dispensing of adhesive onto complex die-cast components

Used for bonding complex die-cast components in automotive display modules and for bonding die-cast sensor components to PCBs, replacing traditional screw fastenings, reducing weight by 30% whilst enhancing vibration resistance.

Rapid initial bonding strength: Specialised PUR adhesive that does not require holding pressure achieves initial tack within 3–5 minutes of dispensing, enabling components to be secured quickly without the need for additional holding fixtures.

Mechanism of moisture-curing: Final curing is achieved by absorbing moisture from the air; no shrinkage occurs during the curing process, thereby preventing component displacement.

Wide temperature range compatibility: Meets the demanding environmental requirements of sectors such as the automotive and new energy industries.
